Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:
The wrong product was delivered
The cake was damaged during transit
The order was not delivered

Slight design or color variations
Delays caused by incorrect address or recipient unavailability
Reporting Issues
Issues must be reported within 4 hours of delivery along with clear images.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
