• Response time for support queries: 24-48 hours
• Monthly reporting provided within 5 business days of month-end
• Emergency support available for critical issues

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due and payable.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bankura, West Bengal.
